Why would you consider yourself a better candidate than anyone else that may apply for staff: First I never think that i'am better than anybody else since I have to say something I would say. I will be on more than other staffs I will bring more new people to the server by informing friends and others. I will be doing the sits all the time also be on duty when I have to be ASAP. I would make big problem turn into smaller problem. Like very long sits happening then I will ask to join in then see what I could do to make the two or more clients happy about the problem. What staffing experience do you have: I had some of staff experience but not alot but that wont affect me one bit I will help this server If you could describe your personality in just one word, which would it be: I would describe my self like Sociable Scenarios; You are the only staff online, it is the middle of the night, and there are 10 players online. 3 players decide to go on a RDM spree, and start shooting up the server; Describe how you would handle this situation: First of I would freeze those people ASAP then ask them why they did that then banned them by 3 days and if more killed than add a day for each person. But if i cant do long bans i will do how long a ban i could do then inform a higher up. In this scenario you are a staff in training, a sit is called, and you answer it. The member that calls the sit then tells you that he wants to have the sit handled by a higher staff member, and that you are unfit to handle his sit. How do you react to this players behavior: I would not really care I would get a higher up than me and if their is no other admin on then I will try my best to handle it my self nice and possible  A player has been caught RDMing! You have found out that he is guilty of accidentally killing an innocent civilian. After hearing about what had happened the civilian empathized with the assailant, and forgave him. There is still a case to be made for RDM, but both parties seem to be on good terms, and all has been forgiven. Would you still issue a warning, and why: I would just give that guy a verbul warning because he still did rdm that guy even tho it was a accident.
